A standard trainer programs around a body they cannot fully assess. They see the lift. They cannot see the fascial chain that is shortening your range, capping your strength, or shifting load into the joint you are protecting without knowing it.
Marina trained in bodywork for ten years before she started taking PT clients. She sees restriction patterns no standard trainer sees. And she can address them inside the session, with hands-on release before the lift, mobility before the load, and breathwork before the next set.

All in-person sessions are at Snap Fitness Maroubra. An active Snap Fitness membership is required before your first session. Marina is an independent trainer. The gym carries no responsibility for PT services.
